decent! i was on a bike machine for 15 minutes (wanted to do 20 but cut short bc poor time management) and then that was it, but i just randomly did 20 squats a bit ago

It's usually better to start slow and build up then go truly 100% all the way in the very beginning. Our body are adaptive machines and respond well to new stimuli, but too much of the stimuli can be overwhelming for the body especially our tendons and ligaments. So great job and super proud of you!!

Our muscles usually respond quicker and grow more rapidly in response to new stimuli than the surrounding tendons and tissue, so it's best to be careful.
